Pathetic!!!!

This review is directed toward the Randburg virgin active the staff are pathetic in the management of the people entering and using the gym there are no provisions or even a timing alarm in place to keep gym growers at a set time to train at 1 hour we are all paying for there expensive gym contacts yet in the time of covid-19 on further provision to accommodate is in place.

I have had to endure standing in ques for 2 hours.

With one stupid, staff member telling me if you keep your distance and your mask on you can still train. Yet all the equipment is inside the gym center with only a hand full of equipment placed outside.

Where is the club manager? You call in there never available.

Why are they not making further provisions to have equipment placed outside especially the circuit equipment.

To atleast allow others to train. Forward thinking in times like this maintain customer service and satisfaction.

And will keep the gym going.
