Pathetic

Worst customer service experience under the sky. Around June I started escalated a query with Pinky Bobotyane of their head office and provided her my proof of payments. Up to today I can’t access gym because my payments have not been allocated accordingly and my account shows to be in arrears. I have been expressing my frustration every month since June with their office without any success. Now I want to cancel and go join elsewhere.
