I am very happy to say that Yonela Qubuda went out of the way to help me.<br> <br> this is a compliment to her as well as a complaint to other virgin active staff in the call center.<br> <br> Yonela Qubuda can be the person other people in the call center can learn from especially in regards to customer service.<br> <br> i tried for 2 months to get someone off my account onto their own , back and forth communications sending me around in circles not being helpful at all!.<br> <br> But Yonela went out of her way to contact other people to get the right information and to sort out my account within 1 day , not because she had to but because she could hear and understand my frustration.<br> <br> this lady should get an incentive or some reward from management as she cares for her company and the customers unlike the other consultants that i have dealt with in the past 2 months
