Parking fees

<p>I visit Virgin Active Rosebank when I want to use the swimming pool. A good session in the pool plus a cardio workout thereafter plus time in the changeroom will always result in a visit to the gym for more than 2 hours. If you at the gym for longer than 2 hours, you have to pay for your parking which I find ridiculous. I understand that a normal visit to the gym by an average person doing a regular workout will be less than 2 hours. However, when you add swimming into the equation, your visit will always be more than 2 hours. Walking out of the gym is when you supposed to have an amazing feeling but then you realise "oh no I had such a good long workout, therefore I must be punished for that by paying parking fees". I understand why parking fees are charged for long visits, but 2 hours I feel is just too little time. My second point is that the machine supposed to give u a 15 minute grace period as per the noticeboard. So you will only pay for parking if the time between when you get your parking ticket to when you scan your parking ticket is more than 2 hours and 15 minutes. However, this was not the case as the time between the above for me was 2 hours and 2 minutes (got my parking ticket at 15h58 and scanned out at 18h00). I feel really hard done by for the above 2 reasons. I know you probably thinking I'm being pedantic about R10. However, firstly I feel 2 hours is too little and if I have a similar workout as above twice a week for approximatly 40 weeks over the next calendar year, that will equate to R800. Secondly, the machine's programming was incorrect as the 15 minute grace period was not given to me. </p>
