PAID UP LETTER -VIRGIN ACTIVE AND STOP HARRASSING ME

I paid up Virgin Active after their nagging in October 2020.They still refusing with paid up letter and I still have MBD debt collectors harrasing me that I owe them. PLEASE GIVE ME PAID UP LETTER
