Paid up debt -Virgin active update your records

Virgin active is not signing up a new member because of a 2011 debt, which had been paid up, had they updated their records, instead of asking prospective members to make multiple calls to get paid up letters, they would probably have more members. The branch in East London and their Head office was not helpful at all, insisting on a paid up letter on a debt that would be prescribed in any event.
