paid account in full and still listed on ITC

Was handed over by virgin active, after i had hard nicely told them to freeze my account until I get another job. When i got a job in March I paid of the outstanding of R2000 and couple rand off in 2 installments. Went to VIRGIN ACTIVE horizon and asked why am listed even after paying the account and they said i must call MBD. I was supposed to receive a certificate indicating that I have paid off the account. It is almost end of December today and i still have not received certificate and my name is listed in ITC. <br> <br> ****ed because my life is on hold due to a lousy R2000. Virgin Active SUCKS!!! NO RESPECT FOR YOUR CLIENTS<br>
