Padlock Cut by staff members without my authority.

I'm so sick of virgin Active Table View for their lies and empty promises, when they know very well they owe me a padlock. My combination padlock was 'mistakenly' cut as another member claimed it to be his on the 24th of October. Up to date, I'm waiting for the gym to reimburse me for my lock. All I got was a 'sorry' & empty promises to replace my lock, each time I have to follow. I personally spoke to the club manager whom I've also sent 2 emails (not even acknowledged) as she claimed to never have received any emails..I still have both sent emails & strangely, they never bounced back to me.
