Overcharging of membership fees

I have been a member of the Virgin Active Constantia club. My wife joined this year also, and everybody was happy. All of a sudden, they deduct Rs. 650 from my account as a fee for my wife. Her membership fee was R150. I rejected the fee just to be debited the next month again for R650. They told me that there was something wrong with my vitality and that it would be sorted out. They will give me credit for 3 months. It never happened. I spoke to the marketing team, namely Karabo, and he will sort it out. Don't come back to me and ignore my calls. bad service.
