Overcharged for services and refusal to refund

I was debited an amount that was over what was agreed upon for 6 months at the Beacon Bay,East London branch. I requested a refund and was told by the sales manager I will only get 2 months and he has “pushed so many buttons for that to happen too”. I’ve had to nag on emails to get responses and was never refunded and no communication from him
