Over Virgin Active- last straw

Dear Virgin Active, I am HIGHLY annoyed at the Old Ed's branch. Here's why: 1. Studio has been under construction since 1 March- supposed to be done 31 March. Still not done? Has impacted my training tremendously 2. Get there tonight and no electricity, guard tells me it has been off since 2pm (not load shedding as I am on the same grid)

Now here's the thing, we live in Africa--- no electricity needs to be accounted for as (let's face it) it's been an ongoing issue since 2007. Also no communication sent. I have alot of logistical issues associated with me even going to gym (3 kids under the age of 5) so to get there and the guard says "oh sorry it's been off for 5 hours" does not sit well with me.

And no I cannot go to another branch- the closest is Balfour and I'll probably end up getting ******ed on my way.
