Over Charge for the fasting month-Virgin Active Kenilwoth Centre

<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>What is the point of requesting the Virgin Active Gym (Kenilworth) to freeze your account for the fasting period then they still say that the June month will not be charged but VA KC still charges? and plus I get a call to say my account is in arrears? How can I be in arrears when there is money in my account and the payment is debit order?</p> <p> </p> <p>Please call me so that we can get this over payment sorted out so that in time i can cancel my gym membership.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank You</p>
