Outstaning amount after 4years

Good day,<br> <br> I cancelled my membership in 2012, when i changed medical aid.<br> I opened new one around 2014 and the was no arrears on my account, recently i cancelled liberty membership and open new one via momentum and all of the sudden my account is on arrears for 2012.
