Outstanding Service and Facilities at Bel Air Virgin Active

I’m hearing impaired, so I communicated via email, and the staff were incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful. I had an issue with my membership payment, and they sorted it out immediately, allowing me to start using the gym on 7 February 2026.

The staff, including the manager, are some of the friendliest and most generous people I’ve ever met — far from the negative stories I’d heard.

The gym, Virgin Active at Bel Air, itself is excellent, much better than Northgate Mall’s Virgin Active, with up-to-date equipment and spotless facilities. I’m not sure about the Wi-Fi yet, but I plan to check it out.

Highly recommended for a professional, caring, and well-equipped gym experience!
