Outstanding problems

Hi,<br> <br> Having been a member at this gym for many years I felt it's time to voice my unhappiness at some of the services we are receiving...and not receiving from this gym. I pay a lot of money to belong to this gym so I expect value for my money. My complaints are as follows : The ladies rooms smell. Really bad, can they not do something about the smell in there, it is unpleasant to get dressed there. Also, which may contribute, it is hot in the ladies room. No air con ? Young boys come into the ladies room while we are dressing ? Not on. The equipment does not work, some of the equipment have been there for ages and you cannot connect to DSTV to watch something while doing your workout...world class ? I am paying for it but not getting my value for money. The staff at Kaui are extremely rude, especially when you want to use your Discovery reward - which I though was a benefit for the clubs ? Nobody respects the rules of the circuit, at Montana the personal trainers use the circuit for their clients and I have to stand and wait...not on. I pay just as much to use the circuit, stick to the rules. Where are the guys I can talk to about this - while I have to wait to continue my workout
