outright rude and discriminatory

I was refused entry into the gym because I did not want the gym to make copies of my identity and to take pictures of me. Also because I did not have a next of kin. I strongly feel was discriminated on the basics of my nationality and also the person helping me out mentioned that they need a next of kin in case the building collapses, is this not a hazard to people. I had gone there as a representative of me and my 12 friends but i will not be advising them to join the gym, its funny how these people are full in malls trying to get you to sign a contract but when you go there to view and join you are ************** and treated like a second class citizen, yet they will take your money without fail or ************** monthly . Its pathetic really shame on you guys.
