Outdated broken equipment Westville Mall

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the current state of the Virgin Active gym I attend in Westville Mall. As a loyal member, I expect a certain level of quality and maintenance, which unfortunately has not been met. Some of the issues I have noticed include: Old and outdated equipment that is often broken or out of order Leaking air conditioning units,

I understand that occasional issues can arise, but the frequency and severity of these problems suggest a deeper lack of attention to maintenance and upkeep. I would appreciate it if you could look into addressing these issues as soon as possible. I would like to request a response regarding the actions you will take to improve the state of the gym.
