Oppressed treatment

The manager I was harassing me because of the vests I train with , but some of the white guys train with the very same vests , even train with bear foot ... last week I went to the manager to raise the issues that most of the people bring bags to the training flow , just because they white the management do nothing about it , I laid couple of complains telling them the manager is harassing me , but virgin active fail to assist ... now we had an argument last week n they suspended my membership .. so now just because she’s white they are attending her matter
