Open Day

Not happy with the fact you guys have open days but your stuff are not trained on why u having these open days. Got such bad attitude at your craddlestoan branch when I wanted 2 leave my son at your v-club they didn't want 2 take him in and wanted me 2 sign him up for a card .When I told them that I have been taking him 2 other branches like key west and Horizon and never had problems then your member were not happy and said it's fine. No forms were signed and said I must just sign my child in and make sure I put the time that was the only thing the stuff member was worried about. Spent 10 minutes in the machines then I was called and told my child is crying. When I got there 2 staff member are attending 1 child my child was not even given toys or given entertainment or attention. I don't think your stuff members are welcoming and don't think I should be paying money for my son 2 stay in your v-clubs if he can't even stay there for 30 minutes. Stuff at cradlestoane need 2 take tips at other clubs like 14th Avenue, horizon etc for customers service as you guys are clearly not singing the same song.
