Only wanted my money and then service dried up!
I joined the Watermeyerpark Virgin Active end of January. Everybody was very friendly and eager to help when I signed up, that is basically where it ended.<br> <br> The sales person sold me a booster pack with 3 sessions with a personal trainer. I was truly grateful for this as I have goals to achieve, but not entirely sure which exercises to do to accomplish these. I would like to start with these ASAP, BUT, the personal trainers' diaries are either already fully booked or they have not opened their diaries yet.<br> <br> When I enquired about this on Friday last week at the club, I was promised that I would get a call from one of the personal trainers on Monday. Well, we are on Thursday today and no call yet...<br> <br> You were all very eager to get my money, but as soon as I have paid, the service changed and I seem to no longer be important? <br> <br> Also, the personal trainers are only available during office hours... Well, I have a full day job and can only go to the gym before 6:30 in the morning and after 17:00 in the afternoon. Unfortunately I am not in a position to take time off during office hours to see a personal trainer as I have to work to earn a salary to be able to afford to pay my membership..

After escalating your concerns to senior management at Watermeter Park, I can confirm that Nadia, the club manager, has made contact with you and your appointment has been booked with the personal trainer for Monday at 6 am. I do hope that you will have an amazing experience at your personal training sessions and that you reach your fitness goals as soon as possible .
