Ongoing Noise Pollution and damage to ears

For three consecutive Saturday's now the music just after 9h00 in the morning is SO loud that all people attending the class will undoubtedly suffer some form of loss to their hearing in time to come. This is, and has been my main concern for the past year. I am a member of the health professionals working for Discovery. Discovery is branded a company that cares about peoples health and wellness. It is unacceptable that the db levels in the club and especially the Studios are not strictly regulated and that people attending these classes are not exposed to these unacceptably high noise levels. They are knowingly or probably in most cases unknowingly causing damage to their ears.Today the problem took on a new dimension. I had to no less than 3 times get up from the rowing machines to close the doors of the studio because people leave the studio to drink water and just don't close the doors when going back in. <br> I ask politely that they close the doors when they go back in and was sworn at by somebody attending the class in very foul language and being informed that he was not the door-keeper. JP, the manager on duty was hanging around completely oblivious of the noise.
