Ongoing inconvenience

We are a group of health professionals working for Discovery who visit Old Eds Gym in Johannesburg in the mornings. For a very long time be have been battling for the club to keep the volume in the Studios down at an acceptable level because as health professionals we realize how dangerous too high levels (above 85 dB) cause damage to hearing. Added to this noise pollution, the doors are continuously left open during classes and the noise inconveniences all the other members who are not in the studio. We have for a very long time engaged with Hashem, the club manager who was unable to resolve the problem. We have recently been in touch with the regional manger, Morgan, and to date not much has improved, except that the volume seems to be kept at reasonable levels, but only this morning the doors were open during a class. Every instructor should at the beginning of every class remind members in the class to close the doors when they leave the studio during classes. It would be very easy for the instructor to glance at the doors from time to time and ensure that they are closed?
We have undertaken to keep on highlighting the issue until it is properly resolved.
Regards
