Old equipment, lack of space, unlabelled weights

Dumbells is not propertly labelled<br> Gym equipment is old. Gym is too small. <br> As per Descussion with Susan she explained that this gym is not a proper upper class virgin active but a fitness club only. So the Virgin active holding company does not want to send down new gym equipment because the majority of the members is of an lower incompe. So they don't want to rise gym membership fees, therefore i was made aware that although this is a virgin active club, its more low spec! But if that is the case, can they label the weights (photographs taken of proof) and fix some machines, whereby you have to force it into a next weight because it's old and rusted. We had an incident where a member was threatening us, by saying we take to long with one equipment, therefore explaining nicely to him that we almost finished, therefore he said he will give us a **** klap! And that behaviour is unacceptable, because the gym is too small for the current members, they still want more people to join the gym! Even the pool is overcrowded! Can someone please assist urgently. I've spoken to Susan the manager but now after this incident i am gatvol!
