Offer for a ghost product

<p>I am a Virgin Active Victory Park member in Johannesburg and recently I’ve been looking to move to the Rosebank club. I’ve seen the club prices on the website and one of the packages (FROM R555 - R675 P/M - ACCESS TO SELECTED CLUBS, COUNTRYWIDE).</p> <p>I’ve visited the club and I was informed that this package was not available anymore. Then I call the customer service and I’ve got the same information. My question is: why is a product advertised if it is not available to acquire?</p> <p>Besides that, I was informed different prices to move to another club and also different monthly fees.</p> <p>It does not look fair to advertise a product, bring the customer’s attention and the end be informed about something else.</p> <p> </p>
