Obviously not interested in business

<p> I have been trying to open up a memebership at the Cape Town fores**** branch for nearly 2 weeks. I have sent all the emails and called the branch but no ones gets back to me and they don't actually even answer their phones. I called the call center and was promised I would be called in the next 10minutes. Never happened! Why is it that we virtually need to beg to pay for a service?! It doesn't seem like they are interested in any new business and it is shocking. In the past virgin would call you every day trying to convince you to sign up with them. </p>
