nozi at the left our child traumatized

The other day when we trained at victory park (virgin active) and got home , I had to hear from our little traumatized child , how a employee in your employment were discussing me and my girlfriend in the presence of our boy saying nasty thing.s about us - now he wants us to join another gym , and now to afraid going back there facing a insensitive , rude person . When we dropped of the child at the playroom , I constantly had to deal with a sarcastic approach of this ' nozi ' and then after asking me to call my girlfriend to sign the child in - wich I dont have a problem with and for our own safety - she changed her mind , to let me sign off the child for collecting the kid . I clearly said to her - I agree with the company policy for our protection , but I could see she had a very bad attitude , even when I came fetching the child . At the supper table the evening he told us all the bad mouthing things being very insensitive towards our child . Now he feels he is part of it , wich I had to try and explain that he's not part of it . He is now terribly scared going back there , and really inconveniencing us . I would like top management to call her in for a written warning .
