Cancelled my membership in May 2023 already. Last month they took money from my account, I called and they promised me a refund and made sure to cancel my membership. This month they took money again, called just now asking for a refund and cancellation of my membership. Asked for a reference number this time just for the rude lady, if i can call her that, to throw the phone down in my ear. Abo****ely usesless.
