VIRGIN ACTIVE SERIOUSLY! So,I decided to cancel my Virgin Active membership after around 3-years after my complaints was just laughed off. For the sake of children and other sensitive users,I wont divulge any thing of my experience on this platfrom. In short,I spoke to their head office lodged my complaint,they offered me to stay a member ,however I was done with them. A few years went passed and I decided to try and rejoin Virgin Active. Me and my wife were members for 2 x days and we decided that we just cant move on from our previous experience,we then phoned in and cancelled our membership within the 5-days cooling of period. Now they get their harrising attorneys to phone me day and night to try and recoup unpaid membership. VIRGIN ACTIVE GET THIS RESOLVED WE DONT OWE YOU MONEY!!!!
