NOTHING DONE!!!!

After a very big issue of one of Virgin active staff from Montana Ruan De lange taking personal information of my fianc? to contact her personally, the CGM from Montana promised me action against the staff member as its ******* to take personal details from the system to contact a member personally. Tracy lee from head office even promised me action against Ruan and now we have evidence that nothing has happened. Jaco **** to me and brushed everything under the carpet as I have the evidence to support my case. I even have evidence that he took info from the virgin system so check up on another member(girl). our info is not safe at Virgin Active and would like to warn every member at Montana to watch out your fianc? could be next. virgin makes us sign a contract that our personal info will be safe and now virgin has shown this is not true, why do I sign a contract then?????? this has scared my fianc? and does not even want to go to gym anymore!!!!!!Ruan checked her entry's on the system and showed up at the gym she train, then the messages started. he did the same with another girl and I have evidence stating this but for virgin it does not matter. what needs to be done??
