I've been paying VA ahead of time sometimes 6 months worth. After lockdown my club assured me that I have a credit of several months. I cancelled my membership mid October. Club said that I have a credit. Phoned head office and consultant said credit will be reimbursed. Now receiving harassing messages to pay up and as penalty VA has cancelled my membership. Even if true its disgusting that after years of being in credit a member is cancelled without the courtesy of a call. Then instead of reimbursing me the ******* demand further money! Mafia!
