Not up to the Virgin standard!

The gym is easily accessible for Silverlakes residents, however the gym always had a problem with airconditioning. The rules are never enforced, members walk with sock and flops and their bags while using the equipment. The equipment also doesn’t get packed away, not from staff or members. Some of the personal trainers sit around on equipment busy on their phone while the gym us full. There’s trainers that wake around the club barefoot, totally unacceptable!

Definitely won’t recommend.
