I have been trying to change my contract from off peak to peak time. I was told that the system was offline and I will need to call the call centre

I have been trying to call the center from 01-12-2021 The lines are always busy it. My longest w8 time was 20minutes with no answer

So I reversed my debit order now I know for sure that u guys will have to contact me !!!!!
