Not recommended too difficult to cancel

I called on 17 October to cancel my gym membership. They said it was cancelled. Afterwards they still took my money.

I called again, at the time the line was busy and they said they will come back to me. They never did.

I called again on 05 January 2023. After multiple calls and almost 30 minutes of airtime I manage to get a email to confirm that my membership has been cancelled.

I will never recommend a company like this which is fast to subscribe you but slow to cancel your subscription!
