Not provided service that i paid for

<p>hi</p> <p> </p> <p>last year September went to Virgin Active La Lucia I am a member of this club, I paid for Booster Pack where you get a Trainer to tarin you but since then i was never allocated with a trainer but i paid cash for the service. i have been going to the club and reporting this but no one is getting back to me, I even spoke to a white Lady she said she is a fitness manager she will call me on Monday but still nothing.</p> <p>Last month i logged on to their website and reported the matter left my details still no one is coming back to me.
