Not interested in our membership

<p>My daughter is disabled and was a member of Virgin Active at Little Falls. To assist her we employed a personal trainer who subsequently moved to the new Honeydew gym. He has now in his words been "chased away" and there is no-one suitable to replace him at Honeydew nor is it really very convenient for us. </p> <p> </p> <p>Little Falls is the most convenient but the attitude of the staff is disgusting. We asked if she could attend there at least twice with one of the personal trainers but were told that this would not be possible and if this is what we wanted we should rather take our business elsewhere. Messages left for the manager have of course been unanswered.</p> <p> </p> <p>I personally went to Cradlestone gym and despite two further phone calls no-one will come back to me regarding a personal trainer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please could Virgin Active management give me a clear answer. Do you want our membership or dont you. If you dont then please have the common decency to tell us so that we can make alternative arrangements.</p>
