Not impressed, Money is the objective here not service

I am going on holiday and have not skipped a week of gym and really kept my I on the goal of getting my week streak prices, this week I will be on week 28. I asked can I please while on holiday go to the gym in that province, ANSWER NO I have been a customer of yours over 15 years Why I keep asking myself. Allow me a free week then so that I dont break my Streak dont be one of those guys! where is the service to loyal customers that keep going to your gym and supporting you. I want next week to be automatically given as a break and not break my streak make it happen
