Not good

Before I start this, I understand the fact that I signed a contract when I joined Virgin Active, but there is a giant flaw in how you lot deal with clients that are in serious financial situations.

I recently lost my job and I'm at the point where I have to cancel services that are not absolutely essential. What bothers me the most is the fact that Virgin Active still forces it's customers pay a cancellation fee of 40%, how the hell am I suppose to pay that when I can't even afford to go to the gym in the first place?

I am not trying to get out of a contract just because, I'm in serious trouble and the only solution Virgin Active can offer me is to freeze my contract, but this still means I have to pay 50% of my monthly fee, so the term freeze does not even actually apply here.

I even offered to show proof that I lost my job, but still nothing, I still have to pay.
