Not getting what was signed up for

My daughter (a student) took out a contract at Potchefstroom Club, but what she was promised is not what she received. It took forever to get a copy of the contract, and when the contract was received and we saw that the error or empty promises was made on Virgin Active's side, we were told that the sales consultant no longer works at the club and that there is nothing that they can do. Ever since we have been trying to rectify the issue or cancel the contract, but we are continuously being told that there is nothing they can do.
