Not Fit

Virgin Active owes me my rewards points. When I asked them to reinstate my rewards they were not helpful. When they have to debit me and they don't find money they are quick to call and ask when will I be settling my debt. I told the lady that they can debit anytime as long as they give me my rewards which they promised me that they will upload manually.
