NOT CANCELLING MY CONTRACT

I have now phoned a couple of time to cancel my account. Contract ended 31st May. I phone in April requesting cancellation they wanted to give me discount I did not want it I wanted to cancel I have phoned a couple of times to find out if this contract was cancelled they just told me that they are charging me for another month because it take 5 days . This is ridiculous.. Listen to all my phone calls and cancel this contract immediately I am not paying another month for something I have paid for a year. CANCEL THIS NOW..I AM NOT PAYING ANOTHER CENT
