Not an exclusive gym at all

I am a member at alice lane and yesterday during peak times the aircon was turned off, I was told by the captain that there is load shedding and they use the generators to power the pool and other items, there are no windows to open so no ventilation is happening, the captain was so cheeky with me to say that there is nothing that she can do. All the mirrors were steamed up by the people in there and I could not breathe, I dont pay a premium membership to have a workout in a sauna. Please advise if this problem will be solved or I will have to cancel my membership, I also expect a refund for yesterday.
