Not allowed acces to Kuaui

Im not a member at Virgin Active Cape Gate but wanted to make use of my Vitality free smoothy. Asked if I can use the Kuaui and they said that they cant let me in.

I am a member at Fores**** and they only have a Nu there so I need to seek Kuaui elsewhere.

The fact that they refused me access to go to Kuaui is nonsense. Its not like Im using the equipment or anything and I have been let in before... since when is this a thing?
