Non stop problems from signing up with VA

Good morning. It's seems like nobody is interested in resolving my issues.

This access card hasn't been working since I signed up with Virgin Active in May this year.

Gym logs don't show on Discovery's Vitalilty side. And they have assured me that the problem doesn't reside on their side.

This morning my access card yet again doesn't allow me access to the gym at Bellaire, and I get told that I needed to pay a R140??? Even though my gym fees are deducted monthly via DEBIT ORDER!!!

The Virgin Active app also isn't working / allowing me to register / logon. Best part - Noone is able to tell me exactly what the problem is and what they are going to do to do rectify it

I was loyal to VA even when we could stop payment due to COVID I declined that as I know the gym industry was hard hit. Is this my reward???

WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE? SHOULD I RATHER JUST CANCEL???
