Non Delivery

I am a new subscriber to the Virgin Active New Market In Alberton. To this day i have still not received our free 30 day Kauai drinks. I have asked a number of times contacting both Virgin Active and Kauai and to this date no response. Even the branch manager, Brian does not know how to solve this problem. I will have to escalate to the Ombudsman for consumer affairs as the free drinks were part of the deal. This is such bad service, starting to wonder if i had made a correct decision to partner with Virgin Active. Dismayed!!! My daughter also has a contract there taken at the same time and same bad service applies as well. Very bad service received from Thobeka Sotyantya, never bothered to come back to us on the progress of my complain.
