NON COMPLIANCE

I Joined Virgin Active gym on signing up I was informed that I was lucky because I got a package which includes 3 sessions free with a PERSONAL TRAINER. they took my details etc. I was told I needed a letter from my doctor due to the fact that I am taking Blood Pressure medication, at my cost I went to my GP and got a clearance letter, handed it in to the GYM, I was then told I would be contacted. I stressed that I work and would need after hours sessions, they told me that would not be a problem. I was asked if I had a preference of trainer, not knowing them I said I would be prepared to be trained by any of the trainers willing to train me for my FREE SESSIONS. Despite me personally speaking to the chap that signed me up at least 5 times, then been told that I had been assigned to Michael who would be contacting me. Well it is now almost two months and I have yet to be contacted. I go to the gym at least three times a week and still no response. They are very quick to accept your R1280.00 joining fee and monthly payments but very slow on following through. I was promised an assessment and then would be given a workout programme, that has also still not happened.
