Non availability of steam room & sauna

<p>seeing that the steam room and sauna are not available in Cape Town virgin active Gyms why are members not allowed access at other gyms in the country. Usually when a facility in a VA gym is not accessible members can use any other gym. This does not seem to be the case at present. If members are not allowed to use other gyms then VA should reduce the fees where sauna and steam room facilities are not available. </p>
