No Water (or very little of it!)

I've spoken to management numerous times about the lack of water entirely or the serious lack of pressure (only one person can shower at a time) Surely this is a massive hygiene and health problem that needs to be resolved urgently.

It's been going on for months and the management team keep blaming the municipality of which is most probably true.

BUT SURELY THIS IS A MAJOR CONCERN!
