No urgency towards Gym Members safety concerns.

I just think that it is so disappointing that as members we are not allowed to view cctv cameras without the SAPS subpoena (which can take years especially if there are no suspects).

My car was parked at virgin active Northgate when it was vandalized (someone tried gaining access through my boot and drivers door but failed) and when I went to virgin active Northgate to essentially warn them and ask them to view the tapes to support my suspicions they just shrugged me off that I needed to come back with the police and a subpoena.

I did go create a case at the police for insurance purposes, however the case was closed as there were no suspects and I didnt lose any belongings.

Now my issue is that I feel unsafe parking at the gym as nothing will be done regarding people going around vandalizing our cars/or trying to gain access. I did not appreciate the way this matter was handled and I feel unsafe with my car parked in Virgin actives gym parkings
