No time to spare

<p>After waiting to speak to a consultant for over 15 minutes (started the call at 4:45) i finally got through to a lady called SIYA.She basically greets me and i tell her my issue and doesnt say another word because its 5pm and customers are not important anymore..She cuts the call..when i call back,the voice promptz say dt i must call during working hours..which means i must wait till monday..reli ****ed off!!</p>
