No sympathy for people who lost their job

I took out a contract with Virgin Active and signed a two year contract only to be retrench about months later. I sent my retrenchment letters to Virgin Active gave my card back and still they are wanting the money from the year 2008 and we are in 2015 they are still hounding me for the money. Can you be so ridiculous is virgin active running at a loss that they want my little bit of money to.
